Tiffani + Jake | Oregon City Maternity Photographer

I was so excited to meet up with Tiffani and Jacob at my favorite location, a park in Oregon City for a stunning – terribly sweet, and terribly hot – maternity session. At the time, Tiffani was 32 weeks, so you can only imagine how she was feeling while we were roaming around finding the best spots to shoot! She was out doing me, let me tell you. It was the record breaking heat wave weekend and during our session it was 102* that evening. Crazy hot for the PNW.
Her skin looked amazing, her hair was perfection, and her outfit was on point.
This is what she said about her outfit. Too sweet:
”I choose a dress that had both blues and pinks involved because we are waiting to find out the gender until our baby is born. I also wanted something that would be cooler in the hot weather.”

Not to mention, Jake was a total (loving and supportive) rock star the entire time. There was a moment when kiss her on the forehead and I nearly fainted from the tenderness of it all!

Since they’re almost at the end of the pregnancy, I asked them about how their journey has been thus far. Tiffani said

My main pregnancy cravings have been pickles and olives - oh and anything spicy! I just can’t get enough!!”
— Tiffani

I asked Tiffani what is something that Jake has done for you during the pregnancy?
She said the sweetest thing: “Jake is never opposed to late night runs to cater to whatever cravings I might be having! He’s such a good sport and I’m so thankful.”

I mean, food, right? What pregnant women wouldn’t love that?

Here is some info about what props were used during our session. I always recommend to bring a few items to add to the sessions. Here is Tiffani and Jake reasons for what they brought. “We did take a few props - we took a pair of Nike baby booties because we love sports and love Nike, we also took a few ultrasound pictures, and two different onesies that have meaning to us. The first was one that said “tiny miracle” because truly this baby is exactly that for us. It took awhile for us to get pregnant but the timing couldn’t be more perfect. The second is an OC Pioneers onsie and that just represents my families long time ties to Oregon City. Our children will be 5th generation OC grads!”

They’re going to be an amazing Mom and Dad duo, and their little bundle of joy is so lucky to be brought into the world with them. Thanks again and congrats, you two!
